Refund policy

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. To keep things smooth and fair for all our customers, we’re unable to accept returns submitted after this period.

Condition Requirements:
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Products showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Details:
Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount

Return Shipping:
Unless otherwise arranged with our support team, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
